Bigen Hair Color Victims Need To Seek Justice
Recently, calls have been coming into our office over the product Bigen Hair Color. The product is a dye which is used by salons, barbershops, and individuals at home. The low priced dye looks like a great way for clients to have the natural dark hair they have always dreamed of; however, our law offices are receiving many reports of individuals being injured by this allegedly “safe” product.
First off, the dye is made from highly concentrated chemicals. Clients who have attempted to use this product, especially the dye “#57”, have allegedly suffered from severe allergic reactions and chemical burns.
The dye has also been linked to outbreaks of hives and rashes, as well as burning sensations on the scalp, face, neck, back, and lips. Users of the Bigen product have reported they experienced vomiting, eye swelling, welts, throat swelling, and the inability to breathe properly due to airway restriction. Hair loss, scalp damage, and eczema reactions are also commonly reported symptoms.
Those victims injured by the product may be looking at paying for frequent hospital visits, medical bills, and prescription medication over an extended period of time.
We believe if a consumer has been injured by a defective product than they are entitled to compensation for their injuries. Companies have a duty to keep all of their consumers safe when it comes to their products. Victims of the Bigen Hair Color products may receive monetary relief for medical expenses, pain and suffering, and lost wages. Lawsuits have been filed against the product. Seek action and raise awareness of the Bigen Hair Color products, especially dye “#57”.
