Man Suffers Severe Injuries in an Auto Accident on Easter Sunday
Our client was a passenger in the front seat of the vehicle when the accident occurred. His niece was driving the car on their way to a family holiday party when the car was rear ended. The police were called to the scene, and their investigations revealed that the other driver was following our client’s vehicle too closely on the interstate.
As a consequence of the accident, our client suffered significant injuries, including a broken back, 4 broken vertebrae, two broken ribs, and a punctured lung. Emergency services promptly transported him to a nearby hospital, where he underwent extensive medical treatment. He spent one week in the hospital due to his injury. Now he is required to labor through numerous follow-up appointments with multiple doctors to address his injuries and aid his recovery. Our firm is actively pursuing an auto accident claim on behalf of our client to ensure he receives fair compensation for the harm he endured due to the other driver’s reckless behavior. Our firm is dedicated to working with our clients to help get them the necessary care they need and the financial compensation they deserve.
Son Murdered in Assisted Living Facility
Our client’s son was living in an assisted living facility when he tragically passed away at 16 years old. After a coroner’s review, the toxicology report showed drugs were in his system that were not in his medications. In fact, the drugs were not even found to be used at the facility. There is a current investigation pending by the police to determine the facts of the case. The coroner’s report has labeled this as a homicide.
Our firm is diligently working on opening an estate for our client’s son and pursuing an action for wrongful death on behalf of our client as the surviving family. We believe it is important to help our client during this time to receive the compensation she is owed.
Woman Dies as Train Gates Malfunction
Our client, a PhD student at the University of Toledo, was driving southbound on North Fostoria Road when she came upon a railroad crossing. The gate was partially up, as it was malfunctioning, so our client continued traveling through the crossing. However, the gate went back down as a train neared. Our client was unfortunately struck by an oncoming train and passed away due to the incident.
Our firm is working to open an estate for our client and filing a wrongful death suit for the malfunctioning gates. We are working with the administrator of the estate to receive fair compensation for this tragic loss. Our firm will continue to work diligently to represent our clients and help them as much as we can.
