Motorcyclist Sues After Collision with Car
One of our clients was struck by an automobile when driving a motorcycle in Toledo, Ohio.
This incident ejected our client from his bike where he violently landed on the street. His injuries include damage to his left wrist, right shoulder, pelvis and bilateral knees. These medical complications have been extremely costly for our client and his injuries are highly expected to require more medical care moving forward.
The accident happened when the car driver failed to yield the right of way while turning left. The driver was cited by the Toledo Police Department for this failure. However, this citation did not prevent our client’s pain and suffering.
